Demolition Rules


In order to qualify for free demolition there must either be 3 30 yard dumpsters of material that needs the be hauled off or the customer must agree to pay for 3 30 yards even if it is only 1 dumpster of material.

1. The customer is responsible for getting electric, water, propane/gas and internet turned off and removed from structure or property

2. The customer agrees to give all rights and ownership of discussed building/structure and contents over to Parks Solutions for the durations of the demolitions process

3. The customer agrees to cover the cost of every dumpster removed from the demo site even if it is not full of material Specifically the last dumpster whether it have trash, metal, or dirt.

4. The customer must also understand that if a septic tank or other underground object is found Parks Solutions is not responsible for any damages to septic tank or said object underground, the customer also understands that Parks Solutions does not and will not except responsibility for damages of driveways or any other material need to maneuver over

5. The customer also understands that the equipment used for demolition is very heavy and will crack/ damage roads, concrete, dirt, grass and all other material that the operator may need to drive over to get onto a property for a job.

6. The customer must understand that there is no possible way to remover 100% of any little tiny debris after the demolitions is complete but Parks Solutions will do everything to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the work agreed upon.

7. The customer must understand that Parks Solutions will not over load any dumpster to make is cheaper for the customer, and we will only load the dumpster to where it is safe to travel with, any overloading will result in the dumpster being dumped and reloaded to our standard.

In reference to metal and belongings of what’s inside the building or structures of any demolitions, when you agree to have Parks Solutions do the demolitions you are signing over all rights of ownership of agreed building and all contents of the building/ buildings .

When removing the metal the customer agrees to pay for that dumpster whether it is full of metal or it is full of trash, if it comes to a point where the material becomes more dirt then trash then a 12 yard dump truck will be used for any of the heavy material and the customer agrees to pay 650$ for each dump truck of material moved whether it be concrete, trash-dirt, or just any material to heavy for a roll off dumpster.
