Dumpster Rental Agreement

1. The customer will accept full responsibility for the contents of the dumpster and agree to additional charges if the dumpster contains unacceptable materials. The customer's credit/debit card will be charged for any outstanding balance after the can has been removed from the property and taken, or by cash or check if there is no card on record.(No concrete, asphalt, stone, rock or dirt in dumpster)
 
The following items are UNACCEPTABLE for pickup:
Tires
Paint
Chemicals
No fires or smoldering materials in the dumpster
Asbestos
Radioactive
Highly flammable
Explosives
Bio-medical
Liquid wastes
Toxic or hazardous material
Refrigerators
AC Units
(Any of the above items discovered at the landfill will incur an additional charge equivalent to fines received.)
 
Included in the rental price:
10-yard: 1-7days of rental
20-yard: 1-7days of rental
30-yard: 1-7days of rental
 
2. Do not overload the dumpster. Load to the fill line only. Any overload citations or legal judgments against Parks Solutions while hauling from the customer's job site will be paid by the customer and/or dumpster may not be hauled for safety reasons. Customers are responsible for unloading excess debris at their expense.
 
3. The customer is responsible for having a clear accessible path for servicing containers. If the dumpster is inaccessible, or not ready for pick up, a $150 trip fee will apply. Valid reasons for us to charge a client the trip fee include but are not limited to overloaded containers, low laying power lines or tree branches, cars or any items or materials blocking access to pick up or drop off a container, material overloaded or hanging over the sides of the container, containers that are too heavy to be removed, locked gates or fences, inaccessible driveways or parking lots for any reason(s) or out of control. The trip is for the purpose of covering driver's pay, fuel, and time for re-routing the driver's planned schedule.
 
4. Parks Solutions charges no fee to cancel your order, as long as the order is canceled by 4 pm EST on the business day before delivery. When we refund your credit card, it will be for the amount we charged. Orders canceled after a driver has already arrived at the address for drop off will be required to cover a trip fee of $50, unless there is an agreement made to reschedule the dumpster for a later delivery.
 
5. Dumpsters are not to be moved by the customer. Parks Solutions will move the dumpsters upon request, however a trip fee of 50$ will apply. Customer is responsible for any damages done to the dumpster while on their job site. Costs of damages will be charged back to the customer.
 
6. If it rains, snows, sleets, hails, etc., while the dumpster is in your possession, please understand that Parks Solutions has no control over these events. This may affect the weight of your dumpster. We do not have in our possession or at our disposal , any tools or technology to prevent rain
 
7. Customer will accept full responsibility for any damage to their driveway, lawn, etc., which results from delivery and/or pickup of dumpster under the direction of the customer or individuals working for the customer. We will provide driveway protection for an additional charge in the near future but until then the customer takes responsibility if they give the driver permission to drop the dumpster.


8. Customer is responsible for any fines, impounds or costs incurred from the state, country, or city jurisdictions while dumpster is on customer's job site. It is also the customers responsibility to check any local laws regarding the rental of the dumpsters, if your city doesn’t allow you to rent from any other company then what they have approved it is the customers responsibility to cover any legal fees or fines pushed against parks solutions or the owner.

9. Customer understands the rental time for the dumpster and that at any time after the rental period has expired (1-7 day(s) rental). We may remove the dumpster from the job site. Any days exceeding the agreed rental time frame will cost $50 per day until dumpster is picked up. All dumpster must be paid for upon delivery or before delivery. If the dumpster is left because of delays to pick up then the customer is not responsible for the extra days.

10. Customer understands that in the event customer fails to pay in full money dues, we may refer such matters to an attorney or collection agency. Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any amount due, all costs that are incurred by Parks Solutions as a result of this action, including court fees, collection fees and late fees ($30 fee on returned checks).

11. Ordering a container from this web site constitutes a personal guarantee. All information is treated with the strictest confidentiality.

12. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Parks Solutions (214-463-9540) when the dumpster is ready for pickup. Rental time stops once the customer has notified a Parks Solutions that the dumpster is ready for removal.

13. Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Only. Customer agrees not to put any waste that is liquid, or any waste that is, or contains, radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, biohazardous, infectious, toxic, and/or any hazardous wastes or substances (“Prohibited Waste”) into roll-off containers. Prohibited Waste includes, but is not limited to, tires, paint, batteries, paint cans, ashes, oil, vehicle parts, sewage sludge, etc.

14. Title to and liability for Prohibited Waste shall remain with Customer at all times. Parks solutions shall have the right to inspect, analyze, and/or test any waste delivered by customer.

15. Customer acknowledges that Parks Solutions shall not be liable for any damage to driving surfaces resulting from Parks Solutions delivering containers on the agreed upon areas and the surroundings. Customer acknowledges that they are not allowed to move around any roll-offs with their personal equipment or a third party’s equipment.
 
16. Prepayment at the time of reservation is required by debit card or credit card we will keep that card on file until the account is at a zero balance.
